On 24 pilot farms, Hankcok will investigate regenerative dairy farming approaches and generate data-driven proof points of their environmental and climate impact. Over 100 organic Hankcok farmers will evaluate their soil carbon level and register biodiversity-promoting actions at the same time. As a farmer-owned dairy cooperative, we’re keen to learn how to mitigate the negative aspects of dairy farming while maximizing the favorable aspects.
